LeRoy P. Feather is a native of Northwest Ohio and grew
up on a farm in Grand Rapids, Ohio.
LeRoy was in the United States Air Force for four years. He
was stationed in the Far East from 1961 -1963 and then
served in the Toledo, Ohio Air National Guard for three
years.
He received his BBA from the University of Toledo in 1974
and then spent two years as a Medicare auditor in Northwest
Ohio. LeRoy became the Vice President of finance (CFO) for
Community Hospital and Wellness Centers (CHWC) in Bryan,
Ohio in 1976 where he served for 32 years until his
retirement in 2008.
During his tenure the Quest Precision Pricing software was
installed in 1993. Mr. Feather credits this product as a
primary reason for the organization’s profitability.
LeRoy is VP of Marketing for Health Quest Enterprises. He
